UKMC BOX: Good Afternoon and Welcome to AOL Live. Today's guests don't need much in the way of introduction, it is of course those Irish blue-eyed boys "Westlife". Welcome to AOL Live Boys :)

Competition Winner Amie Tachauer: Do any of you plan to produce any solo material?

Nicky: Yes we are planning to in the future but not in the near future. It will happen eventually but not yet.

Competion winner Kerry Louise Robinson: If you were stranded on a desert island what 5 things would you take with you?

Nicky: excluding you three!
Kian: Stero, TV, mobile phone, food and a credit card!

UKMC 2: Littlelozz1 asks... although you are a pop band do you listen to music such as Limp Bizkit, Greenday and so on? luv ya!

All: Yes.
Mark: We have a very wide range in taste of music
Kian: Listens to Metallica and heavy metal, especially guns and roses.

UKMC 2: CelticDreams1014 is calling from the US... Hello my name is Kimber and I live in the US. Can you please clear it up for your US fans as to when you will be visiting us again and for how long?

Mark: Unfortunately it is currently undetermined at the moment. More time is needed to plan and prepare a visit because it is such a big place.
Nicky: At the moment it is penciled in for Jan/Feb/March 2002. We are dying to go.

UKMC 2: Sophie 1579748588 asks about the live show... WHAT PART OF THE CONCERT DID U MOST ENJOY. THATS 2 U ALL

Nicky: I love the beginning of the concert and Uptown Girl.
Kian: I enjoy the Motown section best.
Mark: I enjoy something different each night.

UKMC 2: Goldiebabe124 wants to know... IS BRYAN EXCITED ABOUT BEING A DADDY?

Kian: Of course we're delighted. All the group is looking forward to it.

UKMC 2: Cookie caz asks... who do you think is most responsible for getting you all where you are today?

Kian: I don't think any one person is responsible, there are too many people responsible. There are fans, radio stations playing our songs, managers and many more are responsible.

UKMC 2: Bex1984 wants to know... When will the next single be released?

Nicky: We are going to tour Europe and Asia first and we don't finish until July. We may record then plus a Christmas album.

UKMC 2: KRM0322 has a serious question... I would like to ask Kian why Westlife sponsor the Rape Crisis. I am a 28yr old Police Officer who works with child abuse victims and adult rape victims and an interested to know the reason for the sponsor. Your concert in Wembly was excellent. Rhonda

Kian: It is a good cause and we support good causes. When you are in the position as we are it is good to be able to help give something back and help raise awareness of important issues. We are fortunate to have a position of responsibility that we take seriously.

UKMC 2: Penniston Sadie asks... did boyzone inspire u and what do think of the recent revelations surrounding the future of boyzone?

Nicky: They inspired us obviously and I think Boyzone will get back together when Ronan returns after his visit to USA.

UKMC 2: Valagama thinks you can dance... Hi Westlife, Me and my sisters came to see u at wembley on Sunday and we thought u were amazing.we loved all the uptempo songs and we thought your dancing was brilliant - do u find learning the dance routines hard and do u like dancing???

Kian: I love dancing. Some things are harder to learn than others especially set routines. It is hard to get all the movements for the five of us the same. We want to make it as lively as possible.

UKMC 2: Fifi fiolly is a footy fan... HIYA NICKY YOU ARE ALSO EXTREMELY CUTE (BUT TAKEN) - WILL YOU BE WATCHING HIGHLIGHTS OF MAN U VS BAYERN THIS EVENING?

Nicky: I am going to try to see some of the game before we go on stage. I am calling ahead to make sure there will be a TV I can watch backstage. At the interval I will be checking the score.

UKMC 2: Skpypyer asks... When you are on stage can you see the faces of the people in the crowd and if so do you find their reactions surprising or funny?

Mark: We do see alot of interesting, funny and mad things in the audience. Some girls have been known to pull up their tops.
Kian: We can see the first fifteen rows quite well but we can't see the rest but then we really see all the faces when the house lights are up.

UKMC 2: ASHMCQ would like to know... has there ever been an occasion where you wished you were not Irish?

ALL: No. Definitely NOT.

Competion Winner: How do you feel about being the public eye?

Mark: It does infringe on our families who have their own lives to live. Harrassment can be a little bit annoying for our families.

UKMC 2: Zebidee2000 has a cute question... If you could be a Mr Men character, which one would you be and why?

Nicky: I don't know any Mister Men characters.
Mark: Mr Sleepy because I can't get up until 2.00
Nicky: Kian is definitely Mr Grumpy.

UKMC 2: LuckyWestlife83 has an interesting question... After much trouble getting into G-A-Y on Saturday, I saw you really enjoying your performance and really playing up to the audience. Is it weird knowing that you have such a large gay following?

Kian: It was weird at first. It is great to know that our music appeals to everybody.

UKMC 2: RaksRad2000 has one for Kian ... Kian, is it true you may be related to Mariah Carey?

Kian: Oh that all started because her Mother is Irish and her mother's name is Egan but that's all I know and that is probably the only connection.

UKMC 2: Shiver99 has been to your hometown... I visit sligo regulary, what is your favourite thing in sligo apartfrom your home,friends and family?

Kian: A big Four burger with 4 sauce and chips. (Its like a big double burger).
Mark: I like the Chinese.

UKMC 2: Gunnergal needs some tips... Mark how long did it take you to perfect your cocktail skills for the Uptown Girl vid that amazed the world!

Mark: I can juggle three things anyway so that helped but it is a trick of the camera a bit. They made me look better than I probably am.

UKMC 2: Waterlily825 asks... You guys must really get tired for all the hard work. What is it that motivates you to continue on despite exhaustion and sickness???

Mark: A lot of different things such as a kick in the behind helps. We do get tired because we are only human. We have to have a positive attitude and keep thinking ahead.

UKMC 2: Caswanderer wants to know who you like Live... is there any group you would like to see in concert you have never seen ?

Kian: NSync.
Nicky: Destiny's Child.
Mark: I would like to see U2.
Kian: Yeah and U2.
