2008

* February - Westlife win their 8th consecutive Irish Meteor Awards for 'Best Irish Pop Act'

* March 3 - "Us Against the World is released for the UK charts.

* Westlife embark on the "Back Home" tour across the UK and Ireland, and for the first time - New Zealand.

* This is the first year that Westlife will not be releasing an album in the fall, as they go on a one year hiatus. There next album will be due out in Fall 2009.

Concerts - Back Home tour

As almost part of an annual rite...until next year at least, Westlife embarked on another spring concert tour to the utter delight of their fans. Here were the places that Westlife toured...they ultimately cancelled a leg of the tour that would have involved Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
